This..No need to break the bank on a pitch and catch mitt. Just find one on sale that suits you..

Wilson A2K, Rawlings HOH, Wilson A2000 and Rawlings Pro Preferred are the best quality leather. Way, way better than anything else that’s going to be mentioned here (Mizuno Pro-line Japan made gloves also belong with aforementioned - average person is going to have a hard time getting one of those). Plenty of high quality and decent quality gloves otherwise, but those stand at the top.

Patterns are like shoes, some glove makers have patterns that fit some players better. I personally like Wilson’s IF patterns and 1B mitts and Rawlings OF patterns.

Ask people who work on or restore gloves (was a hobby of mine for a number of years) and you aren’t going to hear a lot of positives on Nokona other than leather is soft and the look nice when they are new.
