Two issues at tackle (and the O-Line in general):
1) O-Line needs a couple years of weight training/development more than any other position group. They are far ahead in development over last season.
2) It appears that the new Spread/RPO offense strongly features a passing scheme that gets rid of the ball very, very quickly - this is a HUGE advantage to the O-Line.
