We moved here to Pensacola Beach from BTR (Lake Sherwood) 22 years ago. Gay Pride week back then was big. Even a bank called G & L lasted for a while.
Over the years it's faded, and now is hardly noticeable. Sad thing is that group spent an incredible amount of money here and picked up their own messes.
Traffic here this year wasn't too bad, especially considering the absolutely perfect weather.
