Aw come on. You're not tearing into him with that patented Shrubs zeal, like if someone doesn't think we're going to win the NC this season.

Doesn't really sound like the truth is a big sticking point for you. As long as the guy saying whatever generally agrees with you on things it's all good.

Says the fool that was crying and whining to OPTIMAX CAT about being picked on last night.

Let's see, I call ben "Henery Hawk", he calls me a "fricking drunken lush." Yep, I'm the bad guy.

I call someone "Waffle Jeaux", ben calls someone a "worthless bitch" and tells that poster to "go frick himself." Once again, I'm the bad guy.

Good thing we have ben here on the rant keeping everyone in line.

Don't know for sure on Brady getting WRs their daily off-season reps - Sure didn't like the drops at the Spring game. The change in scheme alone should be enough to vastly improve production.

Thanks for an honest answer. I think he can be a very good coach. I simply disagree with those that are already anointing him as the next big thing and assuming production only an unproven coach joining the staff.

Don't flatter yourself, replying to your new posts so far isn't proving to be very taxing.

I believe O wasn't ready to be a head coach when he was at Ole Miss and he's learned a lot since then.

Well my god, I would certainly hope and expect him to have learned a lot following his abysmal 10 wins in 3 full seasons there.

quote:

You believe he hasn't progressed since then and therefore use his tenure there to support your conclusions.

What else are we supposed to be using if we can't use the man's past head coaching record? This is literally the only thing that's used to judge head coaches. You're basically telling us not to support our conclusions using his HC record at Ole Miss b/c he wasn't ready to be a head coach yet and his tenure was absolutely terrible.

I never once said that he hasn't progressed some as a head coach. I only said he is still doing less with more here at LSU. That doesn't mean that I don't think he's progressed any since coaching the Rebels.

hat's fine. We disagree. We'll know the answer soon enough.

We finally agree on something...

I'm not saying Brady is "the next big thing". But the Spread/RPO certainly is, IMO. And Brady is young, smart and energetic, so he may grow into a hell of an OC.

It's odd you'd take that stance Roger. When I used facts in some of my posts about the state of the program under o, you called it bashing.

When I said you were belittling some of the teams in past years, you said "who knew facts were belittling."

You must be one of the people that tell others to do as I say, not as I do.

buckeye has been shitting on the scheme all year but Rodger has yet to address it since Buckeye also has Rozy Finch tattoo around his navel like Rodger does.

Sure, but you're demonstrating a lack of integrity. You know it, I don't have to say this.

You know what he says is ridiculous, and you wish you hadn't aligned yourself with someone that idiotic, but now you're stuck and you won't stand up to him. You'd love it if I, earl or Ricky said something equally ridiculous.

I've yet to see you actually respond directly to him in fact regarding these things. You're scared of Buckeye.

I don't have a problem with anyone disagreeing with me.

I will call everyone out the same if they're speaking idiocy. Shrubs won't.

Of course. I've seen "Alien" and I've also seen "30 Minutes or Less" where Danny McBride references that part in Alien.

Am I correct in assuming that you have not played organized football at any level? Or if you did it wasn't at QB or WR?

I am also guessing that you have excelled at other things in your life? And that you understand that people casually looking into your area of expertise are likely to interpret things in a simplistic and erroneous manner - particularly when advised by others with NO firsthand knowledge of your specialized area?

Like sportswriters who never played the game assessing Burrow's abilities. (As opposed to someone like Rohan Davey, Or Urban Meyer, or Mike Weber)

This is probably the most childish post in the thread, and that's saying something.

You're welcome to dig up old discussions if you choose.
