Delpit got screwed out of the Thorpe simply because he wasn’t draft eligible.
He was the only DB finalist for the Nagurski award but wasn’t even a finalist for the Thorpe - his stats blew away those of all 3 finalists.
Compare Delpit’s stats to Minkah Fitzpatrick’s in 2017 when he won the Thorpe and I guarantee you will laugh.

The downvotes are because most on here think Ree is Derek Ponamasky, which is actually pretty offensive to Ree. Truthfully, she's just doing her job and provides a service for the Rant by providing almost instantaneous information as it hits the wires, or info that doesn't hit the wires. Or it could his / her general attitude towards people and seemingly random statistics to make LSU look good. Did you know we were 1st in 3rd down conversions when the weather was 66 degrees and the wind blew in from the east last year?
