I wonder how long that lasted. And Alleva actually played the game at QB and team captain at a small college.

If you think that sitting in on film study by alleva was ok, you surely have a screwed up concept of what an AD's job duties are. The proof is in the pudding, what is Alleva doing now? He fell into the failure column as an AD according to your criteria. The guy was a monumental failure and nutless douchebag that was "not" a good ambassador for the university.
