They have bigger problems than homeless people down there. Like the smell that would knock a possum over and piss, shite, and throw up in the streets

Isn't French Quarter Fest this weekend?

Might be a correlation if true.

Becoming extremely popular. It’s technically not the city but nonprofits are popping up in many metro areas offering to relocate homeless to other cities where they may have more advantages. They do however work with these metro areas to make sure the homeless are properly relocated.

Edit. - most are choosing locations on the west coast for relocation

Why? Isn’t NOLA a sanctuary city or is that only for illegals?

They go break up tent cities on a fairly regular basis. Not sure where they send them all but they always pop back up in a few months.

This is a nice stick it to them but what is going to stop those illegals from just turning around and going back to whatever state they came from? At least when you deport them back to mexico they have to cross the border.

Let's start by not identifying them as only homeless. How about drug addicted alcoholics who have fried so many brain cells that they are fricking nuts. The homeless label is a direct result of laziness and drug abuse. Sometimes anarchy experiments have consequences. Spare me the fricking muh big pharma hooking me on da opioids. GFY ya bum!

Isn't NOLA a sanctuary city? Maybe they're rounding them up to make room for the illegal immigrants Trump is going to deliver to the downtown area.
