When the bill is for the wrong name and for something they can’t actually collect on (red light ticket), I tell them to frick off.
All they can do is piss and moan about it. It’s not like it is city of NOLA which can boot cars on the street if someone has red light or speed camera tickets.

Why?
Why not literally just wait seven years until it's off of your credit report? After that, you don't have to pay it and it doesn't affect anything important.
