You wouldn’t think it living in Nola. Brewery’s popping up left and right. There’s a new one coming up on Barrone St. In central city. Seems like an awful investment to me.

I don't think you see a huge cratering, but the exponential growth seems to be slowing. Numbers might show something different, but the hype train has slowed which is usually the first sign.
The breweries are great because it is a bar you can bring your kid to. In New Orleans that is a huge perk.
