Wade will 100% not have to testify. The prosecution will not allow it.
And you are correct that the FBI was not in town to investigate Wade, they were here to speak about the upcoming trial

You are correct he won't testify it, but it's not because the prosecution won't allow it...it is the Judge who determines what testimony is allowed in.
