This is all nothing but a bunch of bullshite.
It's amazing to watch you advocate for the NCAA and LSU's administration while condemning Wade and even the players themselves. These players and the coaches who coach them are responsible for the huge financial influx of cash that the university happily accepts.
People like you are perfectly fine with calling Wade and even the players "cheaters" while proclaiming the AD & Admin are doing the right thing. So, it's alright for the NCAA and school to heavily profit off the talents of these athletes. However, when the financially poor player and his family are given a mere 20K or so to help families attend games and maybe a couple bills..... They are Cheaters.
You and other like-minded posters here are seriously deranged b/c you guys have no clue who the actual victims are here.

My point was coaching circles knew Wades crew was suspect from the start. Fact. Alleva should’ve known this.
Is it worth keeping Wade at all costs as the OP states?

Yes the LSU players and coaches are the victims!
We have friends of the program donating money to OLOL to get out of paying taxes. The money donated was for little kids, older people etc. to get medical treatment, but we are going to use that money to pay players!
Also we are not going to hold LSU to the same standard as any other University that play sports in the NCAA. We will cheat so we can have some type of edge because we can not win by playing by the rules.

I honestly think that some of them believe these schools you listed here DON'T violate any NCAA rules.
What's worse is some of our fans believe that the big elite basketball schools DO violate NCAA rules but seem to care much more that LSU is implicated in one through a sports article.
They truly believe that integrity exists in big business and winning championships. College basketball is big business and all championship contenders are looking for an "edge".

I am convinced a vocal minority prefers naps at the Pmac by making it the sacrificial lamb for Football. well we haven’t beat Bama in over half a decade.. how’s that working out .. also LSU compliance I swear wears NCAA shirts and works for the NCAA and not LSU.
