Pretty damning indictment of the city parish government if in the fastest growing area of the parish that we have one HS to support a population of 85,000 people. In what way does that suggest that part of the parish is being properly served by the current system?

Will it cost money to build a school system? Sure. Will it cost much more than what they are paying for now? Probably not

People didn’t flee to the St George area. That has been the growth corridor of EBR for 30 years. Why wasn’t the area incorporated piece by piece as it grew? You know why.
