No prosecutor is going to pursue indictment of a sitting President for acts committed while President.

What is your alleged act of obstruction? Firing Comey, right? A non-political appointee recommended that firing. Multiple DEMS called for his firing during the HRC debacle. He deserved to be fired. The President is somewhat famous for firing people. The President is free to fire the FBI Director for cause or for no cause. Same power he has over cabinet level officials or other appointed individuals of the executive branch, not otherwise protected by MSB protections.
