A Tomcat Rat trap baited with some peanut butter. It won't kill them but the squirrel will be in the trap for you to deal with it as you wish.

If you have never handled a squirrel don’t do this, they are mean and fast and will latch on to any body part if it gets away. I have worked in animal rehab and trust me when I say they latch on for good...
