If you like scotch, the supply of good scotch Is a lot better than the supply of good bourbon. Start your search there

I liked the Balvenie 15 year and would purchase that again or maybe the 21 year Portwood offered by them for this but I was wondering if someone with more scotch experience would point me in a different direction unless they thought that was a good way to go.
