Do you still believe in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, or other juvenile fantasies?

I will say it again I am not defending Wade. What is supposedly on the tape sounds bad but not to the point that he committed a crime or violation. They have yet to say what this offer was. People are assuming it means money but you can’t penalize off of assumptions. If the proof comes out that he did cheat I will be the first one calling for his head. Not because he cheated but because he got sloppy and got caught.

I mean really? Dude you come on here acting like a prick
Let's review shall we? In response to a poster simply hypothesizing as to what Wade could have been referring to, you posted this
quote:

WW was obviously talking about extra $ for the family.

... If we are going off of what was released though...he's guilty as frick and anyone that says otherwise is no longer allowed to bitch about bama or anyone else cheating. If bama had this going on in their football program ya'll would be losing your minds with the "death penalty" chants and billboards.
My response . .
quote:

WW was obviously talking about extra $ for the family. . . .
Really? Well gosh tiger_nutz, you'd better get that "fact" right over to FKing's office. Because they must have missed the "fact" "WW was obviously talking about extra $ for the family" when THEY REINSTATED JAVONTE SMART.
Your next post was filthy.
In response to that filth I said
quote:

I retract my previous presumption, you are just that stupid.

I'd chuckle at you just as I am now.
Pansy? Douche? Inferior mind? Frick off? You'd love to meet me off the internet? Are you trembling as you type that garbage?

..... If you referenced my wife though, it would be a very bad bet.

Of course these people have heard the tape... you think LSU or the NCAA doesn't have no one with the connections to get the tape

How dumb can you be? That would be interfering with a federal case and could lead to jail time for those involved.

PS I would laugh my arse off if these two morons went to jail for interfering in a federal case

I know it's been said here, but don't feel like going through all the pages, but no one other than the FBI has even heard the tapes, so how could you or anyone know what's on them?

Seriously man...makes no sense to me. I'd really love to see these same guys preaching about withholding judgment would act if ole Saban was in this same situation. NC would probably have paid for a billboard by now.

They'd certainly try not to. That is why he's just been suspended. Right?

Exactly. The only real question to gauge how badly the Admins fricked up or not is how the NCAA got involved. As far as I've seen we've seen no reporting that definitively states one way or the other that the NCAA requested to be at the meeting with WW or whether LSU requested that. If LSU requested the NCAA be there then yeah, the administration is likely throwing Wade under the bus for the benefit of the school. It sucks, along with most of the other shite this admin does, but it's understandable. If the NCAA called up Alleva and said, "Hey, have you asked Wade about anything on those tapes," and eventually the conversation wound up that LSU was going to call a meeting with Wade and the NCAA themselves requested permission to attend and the admins granted it, then this shite is almost entirely on Wade and I don't have any sympathy for him or problems with the admin doing what it did.

But fricking no one can just fricking wait for a fricking story to fricking develop in this entire god damned fricking country. Adopt a narrative, keep plugging. fricking morons all of us.

If WW talks and just the act of talking about the matter becomes public then the chance of WW being subpoenaed increases. The defense then will have an interest in deposing WW and then the "tape" potentially becomes relevant and the judge then allows the "tape" into evidence.

Of course a statement through WW's attorney eliminates any of these concerns (if they truly exist). For example: Attorney says, "My client categorically denies any wrongdoing. The tapes are false and intentionally presented in a slanted fashion to create a false picture of wrongdoing. We are exploring all legal options to address this false and slanderous reporting. We will not comment further publicly and look forward to our day in court."

This also eliminates your unfounded worry of a perjury trap. Lying is not perjury. Your lawyer lying is not perjury. Perjury is lying under oath.
ETA: also to depose him they would have to subpoena him. Hell, he hasn't even been served a subpoena for trail in April. Very unlikely they could serve subpoena in time for a deposition before trial date.
