So Yahoo Sports says they obtained a copy of the transcripts. Really? NO - they may, or may not have obtained accurate 'snips' of the transcripts. At the end of the tape Will Wade may have said 'I'm not getting involved'. Who the hell knows. That's why Alleva should have waited this thing out.

But why would Wade even accept a call from Dawkins who was not a registered sports agent, who anyone in college basketball coaching knew was a bagman for sports apparel companies? There would be no valid reason to discuss scholarship "offers" with Dawkins, just having a discussion with someone trying to offer prohibited compensation to a player is a NCAA violation if it is not reported by the coach or player. Wade was not smart and got caught , its on him.
