I get what you'e saying and agree to the extent that I am unfamiliar with Tony as a coach. That being said, if the team manages to win the SEC then go on to at least the Final Four it would be hard to dismiss the guy so easily. If they win the whole thing, even harder. It'll be virtually impossible if with a game or two are won at least partly because of strategic time outs and really good play calls coming out of the timeout.

Tony being a minority almost guaranties he'd be a national media darling in the process as well. I've heard that ole Joe is really sensitive to media opinions on these matters.
