Nash’s in Broussard is very good, but I would’t call it Cajun food.
You should go to Scott for lunch one day and get boudin from Billy’s or Don’s. Boudin is very Cajun.
Chicken and sausage gumbo is Cajun and is on a lot of lunch menus. You should work that in somewhere.

Other than boudin in Scott disregard everything else posted in this post.
