It is not. The woods are not deep, and on the other side of it is what I think is a natural gas site of some sort, so there is no room to develop anything in between. We checked on stuff like that because we didn't want to lose our view. I know it's not as grand as people who love out on the country, but it's damn fine for what you can get while also living close to bars/restaurants and all that.

Do the cleared area and woods have different owners or considered different lots with different zoning? I know that you found out board is not following by-laws, but regardless of HOA wall happening I was just wondering if anything besides size of lot it making you sure trees will not be cut down by owner for some reason other than development in the future.
