High Hat in Nola makes one of the best Old Fashioned I’ve ever had.
Saffron in Nola also makes a non traditional one w mango that is delicious.

I had a GREAT one at the Carousel bar in Hotel Monteleone last week on my NOLA trip. I know it's a "touristy" joint but the drinks were great and not as expensive as expected.
