I think they’re more concerned about pace than shortening games. They want to reduce down time as much as possible IMO
Realistically this stuff is going to shorten a game like 10 minutes maybe I think

That's really why they should, as someone mentioned earlier, focus on keeping the hitters in the box.
We need more guys like Max Scherzer pitching as soon as the guy steps in the box. They don't need 15 seconds to get ready and another 20 between every pitch.
