My niece is 9 but naivety and just being a kind soul is something I don't see her losing.

There are grown adults who believe a magical being in the sky controls what happens in our world.
She was 12, being heavily drugged, and woke up in an environment that she didn’t recognize at all. Further, the pedo was someone who she trusted very much and he confirmed her story with the aliens. As a young child, it isn’t surprising at all that she believed that.

Not really. Aldults fall for religion all the time. Kids are indoctrinated into religion at a young age. It's really no different in my mind. Weak minded people are easily persuaded.
