Go visit at least one of the towns
We did the jeep tour, it was fun but our guide was cool. I could see it not being fun with a shite guide.
Scuba-depending how long you are there(cant go so many hours before and after flights)
Like someone said helicopter at least one way if you can. Van rides are long but they stop for beer
sorry the beach sucks at your resort
Not sure on what you are used to as far as dining, but be prepared to be underwhelmed if you eat at decent restaurants. When you get there look at all the activities they plan and see if you want to go to any of them. they repeat weekly. Some of the games/contest activities they give away free stuff.
Sandals does a good job of keeping you in their pockets with their activities, selected guides, etc..., dont be afraid to explore outside of the sandals world on the island
