I don’t care about paying the attorney. I just mostly don’t want to deal with it anymore and I know if an attorney goes after it I’ll end up getting my $200 back plus some. I just hate to go that route.
She’s already told me she isn’t available before or after my work hours via email when we first set up the claim but she refuses to email now, she only calls. When I’m not available.

She probably needs a recorded statement from you, saying that you were sore at the time of the accident, but you you're fine now. That you no longer are in need of any medical attention.

From my understanding they typically don't cut the check until you're done with the doctors.
