PawwwL is just as hard headed as Orgeron and Miles, I dare anyone to say otherwise. Fans shouldn't expect any changes on Friday until it really hurts LSU

Didn't Hess pitch really, really well this off season for USA baseball? Perhaps CPM saw something different in him then and believes he's the ace of the staff right now. Until we see that Hess has indeed not improved and that last night wasn't just a bad night, there's no proof that he's being hard headed on this one. IF Hess continues to struggle and IF CPM sticks with him THEN you can come to the conclusion that he's being stubborn.

Being the Friday ace on the staff for LSU comes with a lot more pressure for many guys than pitching for Team USA. If Hess performs the same way the next 3 - 4 starts and another starter starts strong there will likely be a change. Prove me wrong.
