They got entirely brought down these past few months. People who got duped into it are selling their entire inventory for a fraction of what they spent on it.. just trying to get something back. And you're right - They don't get to choose the patterns.
Turns out that whole 'saturating the market by recruiting your friends and friends of friends' thing really bites you in the arse eventually

Exactly. If I work for any traditional company selling a product, there's a limit to how many new hires I'd be happy with. The only person who benefits from new hires is the person who gets a cut of their sales. Otherwise, each employee's income is going down more and more as new ones come on.
