A lot of them actually lose money. Some lose thousands. There’s a subreddit against it (/r/antiMLM) and there’s been several people post who had been duped into it and show how much money they lost.

Many of the companies, such as the leggings one, require their Huns to pre-purchase all of their stock.. and they are required to order more each month. So if they haven’t sold what they’ve purchased the prior month, they’re just digging deeper and deeper into the hole.

The lady that lives across the street from me has a new sticker on the back of her car every few months with the name of her newest business. First it was a clothes company, then a jewelry company and now I think it is a drink deal.

That Lularoe one is horrible. Clothing is ugly as frick. Thank goodness that one seems to be dying off since I don’t see as many fb posts about it.

this is true, its an inventory based model
