I don't pretend to know how it will play out in the long run but there is no doubt whatsoever that for us citizens who are in middle age and older the country we grew up in and love is gone.

In my youth I would have never believed our government would be able to force individuals to carry health insurance. They did

I never thought it would be common for the media and college professors to openly call for killing people simply because of their skin color. They are

I never thought the government could openly select a person and then look for a crime to charge them with. They have

I could name other examples but I think the point is clear. I'm not prepared to predict the end of the country altogether but like I said, the country we grew up in is dead.

Absolutely. And we were cowards to not address the problems when we saw them. We allowed ourselves to become distracted with minstrel shows and titillating propaganda.
