Camping on the Dry Tortugas. Rent and bring a kayak on the ferry - they allow it. Great fishing and snorkeling, beautiful water, interesting abandoned fort to explore. In the mornings and and late afternoons there are only a handful of people around. You can take the kayak across to Loggerhead Key and explore it and talk with the lighthouse keeper. On the other side of Lighthouse Key is a coral reef called Little Africa that has nice coral formations and fish. One of my favorite trips ever.
