Wrong, there's an angle somewhere that clearly shows #60 ref telling the other not to pull it and then other one nodding and turning around.

I saw it too. Its all over twitter. The ref who played for LA and ATL actually went to throw the flag and #60 goes (kind of aggressively) toward him and tells him not to throw it.
