Walker is arguing against the lunacy of it, but he needs to speak in facts as opposed to nonsense. Here are the proper rebuttals
1) rates are already progressive, such that the top 1% earn 35% of all income but pay 59% of all taxes.
2) The pool this rate would impact is very small, and would not generate the revenue necessary to push her non-sensical radical agenda
3) historically rates at this level are seldom realized because it becomes cheaper to engage in tax avoidance strategies
