Third the antenna. Fox comes through great, and I only have small issues with CBS and NBC that I can usually fix moving the antenna around a bit.
That's in the Marrero area so ymmv.
Streaming can be very hit or miss. I think I paid $15 for 3 about 3 years ago. I'd have to ask the wife what website if you need it.
