It seems to me of there were enough people to ratify we wouldn’t have the problem in the first place.



Are you under the impression that the people get to vote on amendments?

The proposed amendment designated to be ratified by state ratifying conventions, at least voters could vote for convention delegates.

I am nof, however they vote for and comprise state legislatures.
