But one pertains to sexual behavior between consenting adults, and one pertains to sexual behavior between an adult and an individual who, because of incomplete brain development, can't legally consent to sexual behavior.

Kind of an important difference, n'est-ce pas?

There is a significant difference between homosexuality and pedophilia - homosexuality harms no one.

Where are you getting these numbers? I doubt there's 4 million pedos in the USA.
