They worried that if we get enough flips throughout the day, we wouldn't keep room for them? Would CEO really kick these guys out in the afternoon if the day went good?

TIA

Them and most of the 3 stars were all quick to sign. I don't think it had as much to do with worrying about losing their spots as it did with there being much less suspense for those lower ranked prospects. No TV coverage; probably not much of a ceremony, if any; why not just get it out the way and go to class.

Thanks for the serious response. I thought it was a stupid question as well. Someone in the signing day thread said that they sign so they don't lose their spots. I didn't think that was correct.

Well deserved 10th downvote from me. This thread is pathetic.

I have suspected under Miles and Orgeron, the biggest signees are last to be reported, to keep the fans focused on the signings.

How do we know that Kardell and Daryl Stingley were not the first to sign?

Drama............it's not just the players who do drama, attention seeking!!

It was reported that O was "on the phone working the recruits..." yada yada yada!! Tiger Ree Ponamsky would do this to feed the fabrications and legendary closing skill....ALL BS!!!

Wouldn't one focus on recruiting players at the position they coach? Where is the DL Beef?

For the deep snapper Skinner, It could have something to do with the fact that they are in the Eastern time zone and it was 7:00 a.m. before his morning classes began for high school

Maybe they were genuinely excited about committing to LSU. Maybe it was about LSU and not about all the self-aggrandizing drama that surrounds a lot of other signees.

They would have signed at 8 pm if that was the scheduled time. Its not like we filled all of the spots.
