As did I, although I suspect you can't be completely honest here.
My wife is the same woman I married 12 years ago. Nervously waiting on the menopause though.

True because when that happens, her male hormones will surge and she will be just like you.

Time to upgrade to a newer model

You wouldn’t keep a car for 20 years so why keep a wife that long?

My wife, 28, had a hysterectomy over the summer and that pushed her into early menopause. Luckily, the OB put her on some meds to balance out her hormones, otherwise she may have stabbed me in my sleep.

41 to 45. Hell on Earth. Then, one day, the clouds parted.

When you hit, 47 to 49, you have to fight the resentment of the four years of agony she put you through.

See this is what I mean. The rare times an argument gets that bad, she’s the one sleeping on the couch or in the guest room

Age 37. Love her to death but what a chapter right now....

Early perimenopause? If so, hang on, It's a wild ride but the woman you love is still in there, her body is just doing some crazy shite to her right now.

If you're on the verge of being an empty nester, that's usually way tougher on her, at least overtly, than you as well.

Ole baws throwing Jody out there are probably relaying their own experience though that age range is probably in the range of prime time for that.

I guarantee both of yall have changed over the years you've been married if it's been longer than 5 years. Change tends to be gradual and usually influence by each other. Hopefully positively influenced in the same direction.

My wife has actually changed for the better. Her family is a bit crazy and always bickering. My family is laid back and chill. She moved with me to my hometown after marriage and she's thriving as a wife and mother while working at an awesome job. I'm a very blessed man.

They change leaving church after the wedding or the day after the honeymoon.

When I was quickly scrolling through the O-T topics, I thought this one said "What does your wife charge?"

I clicked and was disappointed.

Does she know you jerk off? This is the litmus test. You gotta talk to them just like your best male friends.

Ignore what you read here. Concentrate on your own relationship and you'll be fine. You'll get out of your marriage what you're willing to invest in your marriage
