Giuliani: Trump will only sit for interview with Mueller ‘over my dead body’

President Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani on Sunday dismissed the possibility that Trump will sit for an interview with the special counsel, saying it would only happen "over my dead body."
"Over my dead body. But you know, I could be dead," Giuliani said during an interview on "Fox News Sunday" when asked if Trump would take part in an interview.
CNN reported on Friday that special counsel Robert Mueller is still interested in interviewing Trump as part of his investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

I wish Rudy would have said Trump will sit for an interview, HRC style: if his lawyers and ALL surrounding him all get immunity and he does not have to do it under oath or any penalty or jail time whatsoever.

He should say Trump will sit for interview if:
a) not recorded in any fashion
b) everyone gets immunity
c) they can sit in the interview as my counsel
d) only can be 2 hours max
e) exoneration letter already written and will be issued 24 hours after interview

The Flynn Matter is the guy is a liar. He lied to Pence and had to resign....if I'm chatting with the FBI I tell the truth. I don't Lie for Trump ---see whats that's done for his various aides.

The special counsel's source of power is from the executive branch itself which is the President of the United States.
The special counsel doesn't have his own powers as special counsel, he's carrying out the President's powers with his permission and he does not have permission to subpoena the president.
The only one who can legitimately check the President is Congress itself with its impeaching power. or you can beat him in a regularly scheduled election.

If a grand jury can subpoena physical evidence from a President I don't see why subpoenaing him to give a deposition would be much different.
