re: What is your go to cookbook?

The one I use most is a collection of my mom’s recipes in a binder. Over the years I’ve had her write down most of the foods she cooked while I was growing up, and over the years she and I have exchanged recipes and grown the collection. The actual book I use the most is one of the Frank Davis cookbooks, but much more frequently I’m cooking my mom’s stuff.
