Horrible drawing. Pictures of the devices would be better
I assume the switch on your left is your old triple stack switch. Everything is common. So for the left pic, untwist the wire connector (wire nut). Connect that wire to the single conductor from your new switch. Connect the LVH conductors as they were before.

The electrician is using the white conductor as a "HOT" conductor.
Keep it the same. Put some black tape on that white conductor.
