No one knows if Aranda is head coaching material.
It takes a different skill set to be an head coach. It's less about being guru on side of the ball or the other and more about organizational, management and operational skills. (Obviously coupled with a good football mind.)
Even though many laugh as O being a slick salesman, there is an element of sales to being a head coach, like being a closer in recruiting.

I disagree to a degree. IMHO a head coach needs to be just that, a guru on either side of the ball. Just think about who the most successful coaches are currently, they generally fit that description.

Conversely, we have a head coach that doesn't particularly know either side and is just standing on the sideline cheering during games.
