When Miles was let go, I was in favor of making a change. The offense had gotten stale and Les refused to change anything. Now were two years into a coach no one else wanted and the offense is still bad. I don’t hear anything that sounds like the coach is looking to make a change. How is that better than what we had before.

Saban, Mullen, and Jimbo are on our schedule every year. What are we doing to get better, to be ready for that challenge? If the answer is nothing, we’re accepting 9-3 as a ceiling.

fired a coach who made us competitive in EVERY game

1) 16-30 L @ Alabama
2) 31-14 L vs Arkansas
3) 17-38 L @ Ole Miss

That was a 3 game stretch in 2015. Miles was not competitive in any of those games.

I don’t want to be competitive. I want to win it all. The only way to do it is by getting an offense that’s in the same class as our defense. Nothing less should be acceptable. We have Les Miles’ tight end coach as our offensive coordinator. He’s done better than I thought he would. But it’s not good and certainly not good enough to win championships. Give me a mastermind offensive coordinator or give me death.

By focusing on just that you miss the point that since our new head coach has taken over it hasn’t even been close to competitive against Alabama, Ole Miss is terrible and we barely beat them this year, Arkansas brought us to within 1 possession in their worst season ever, not to mention we’ve lost to Texas A&M for the first time in what 20-30 years? In 2015 Ole miss beat Alabama so they were a great team. They also cheated to do it, We scored more points against Bama that year than all the years of Coach O combined and Arkansas was MUCH better. The biggest difference is then we lost to better teams and people wanted Miles fired and this year we lose to worse teams and people are okay with Coach O.
