You trying to add it as your avatar?

Step 1 - Right click on the image and click "copy image address" on PC. Or on mobile, press and hold the image until it opens in a new browser tab then copy the website address

Step 2 - Go to your TD account settings and paste it into the avatar field.

Step 3 - ???

Step 4 - Profit
