in there somehow, also instructions on how to post it. I am the least techno person out there, i know how they work but sure do not know how to use.

You trying to add it as your avatar?
Step 1 - Right click on the image and click "copy image address" on PC. Or on mobile, press and hold the image until it opens in a new browser tab then copy the website address
Step 2 - Go to your TD account settings and paste it into the avatar field.
Step 3 - ???
Step 4 - Profit
