Haha...we were 2-2 with a preseason top 5 team with a loss to an eventual 8-5 Auburn team when Miles lost his job. Miles had a great run, but 2016 would have been ugly with that offense. We still had Bama, Ole Miss and Arkansas (who were all kicking our arse by the time Miles left). I didn't want O either, but I have to be fair.

That 2016 schedule was really front loaded. Wisconsin ended up being ranked top 10 and Auburn finished well too. We then went on and lost to a Florida team that we overmatched and beat on that year’s cupcakes, like one of the worst football teams Missouri has ever fielded

Orgeron didn’t do anything magic in his interim year that Leslie wouldn’t have done

To be fair, there’s not a game O won Miles would have lost in 2016. Ole Miss and Arkansas were terrible that year. Miles would have at least scored points on Bama and he probably would have beat a UF team with 7 starters out.
