You must be using the collar wrong. Do not line the blades up with the slits.
I've used them for many years and they don't get knocked loose in the quiver unless they hook something and get pulled hard.
If you're hell bent on switching check out the NAP doublecross

Ill pull them out and check again...
ETA: So they are on correctly, but one of the plastic flaps is giving way. These are rage hypodermic trypans. I guess Ill just order a package of the collars and replace them more regularly.
