As any true Louisianaian knows, sausage and tomatoes are a staple to any good seafood gumbo. Don’t let any of these baws tell you differently.

I personally like it. I don’t make gumbos often but my mom occasionally would whip a seafood gumbo and occasionally would put sausage in there and I didn’t have any complaints when she would experiment
