Met him in Cali, local high school this past week...Just wanted to say this guy is one cool mofo..I've met plenty of coaches he was the most sincere, zero ego...honestly i would sign up to play for him if i was a recruit.

He was at the Walkons out here in lake Charles on Saturday. I’m guessing he was here for the McNeese game, but he was cool and spoke to everyone who went up to him. Even took pictures and shook hands. He spoke to us and of course left with a GEAUX TIGERS.

Yeah, he's moving into the alright column in my book. Players like him. Recruits seem to like him. As long as he continues to recruit well, make good hires for coordinators, and win--he'll be fine.

I first met him when he was at SC. He heard I was from Louisiana and it was on. We got to talking about Vacherie, Laplace, Thibodaux, etc. He is VERY good at rapport building. One of the best recruiters ever. And he is honestly a good guy.
