This is a brand new occurrence and is not a tradition. Absolutely not something KE had been doing for decades. Definitely not.

There definitely aren’t entire attics/rooms in every fraternity house decorated with stolen shite from other fraternities/around BR. They wouldn’t even think of it.

I call BS. Fraternities have been stealing Halloween decorations from Riverbend Subdivision for at least the past ten years.
