It's not like you are living in downtown Boston or have the amenities of other major downtowns.
That would be the biggest waste of money and your resale value, there would be no market.

Did they get so excited about hospitals being built, the new library, knock knock museum, etc..that they want to build these units?
I agree new shiny steel beams going up in Baton Rouge is long needed and it is exciting, but let's not get too far ahead of ourselves.
